03Which panel materials are offered?+
The public material categories are Compact HPL and BWP-FR High-Density Board. Final material grade, panel thickness, hardware and configuration are confirmed against the approved project specification.
04Which panel thicknesses are available?+
Typical panel thicknesses offered are 12 mm and 18 mm. Other suitable thicknesses are available depending on project requirement and approved specification. Product components such as locker doors, shelves or dividers may follow a separate approved schedule.
05Does CubiclePro provide installation?+
Installation can be included according to the agreed project scope, location and site readiness. The quotation should state whether the requirement is supply-only or supply and installation.

08Can colours and finishes be selected online?+
No. The website does not provide a shade selector. Colours and finishes are finalised project-wise against the approved specification and physical selection process.
09Does CubiclePro show completed client projects on the website?+
Only verified project material may be identified as a completed or client project. Other approved images are labelled Product Visual, System Visual or Application Visual.
10What warranty does CubiclePro provide?+
CubiclePro provides a 10-year warranty for the approved HPL board grade from the date of work completion, subject to standard usage conditions and documented warranty terms. Hardware, profiles and installation workmanship are covered for one year, subject to normal usage and CubiclePro warranty conditions.
11Which restroom cubicle systems are available?+
The restroom range includes Titan Black, Nova, Supernova, Supernova+, Base Box, Base Box Pro, Float and Sky Hung. Pro Doors is presented as a separate major product for suitable existing or project-specific openings.
12How do I compare cubicle systems?+
Compare the application, profile or support family, hardware, mounting condition, panel specification, architectural character and verified site interfaces. A product image alone is not a complete specification.
13Can restroom cubicle dimensions be customised?+
Yes. Dimensions and configuration can be reviewed for the site, subject to clearances, technical feasibility and the approved drawing and specification.
14Are the systems suitable for wet areas?+
Suitability depends on the selected panel grade, hardware, detailing and actual exposure. The exact wet-area requirement must be confirmed against the approved project specification.
15Are all cubicle systems made with the same profiles and hardware?+
No. Each system has a defined profile or support and hardware configuration. Grades and components must not be transferred from one product to another.
16What information is needed before selecting a system?+
Provide the application, expected usage, room layout, cubicle count, wall/floor/ceiling conditions, privacy requirement, material preference and design direction.
17Can CubiclePro help with accessible cubicle planning?+
CubiclePro can coordinate the cubicle system with the approved accessible layout. Final clearances, manoeuvring space, door direction and compliance remain subject to the project's applicable requirements and design approval.
18Are indicator locks and door knobs both provided?+
The approved door hardware arrangement should show and specify both the occupancy indicator lock and the separate door knob where required by that system.
19Where are hinges and coat hooks installed?+
Hinges and coat hooks are internal components. They should not be shown incorrectly on the public face of the cubicle door.
20What is confirmed before production?+
Final material grade, thickness, dimensions, door direction, profiles, hardware, support arrangement, finish and installation scope are confirmed through the approved project documents.
21What defines Titan Black?+
Titan Black combines black powder-coated aluminium profiles with nylon hardware for a bold black architectural expression.
22Does Titan Black support dual-tone panels?+
Yes. Its approved visual direction includes dual-tone panel compositions. Final colours and finishes are confirmed project-wise.
23Does Titan Black use stainless-steel hardware?+
No. The approved Titan Black hardware is nylon. Do not replace it with a stainless-steel specification from another system.
