Overview
Shower and changing areas need a coordinated plan for privacy, wet and dry circulation, storage and maintenance. They should not be treated as ordinary toilet cubicles with a different label.
Define wet and dry zones
Map showers, changing spaces, benches, lockers, drains and circulation. Users should be able to move between these functions without unnecessary conflict. Water migration and cleaning access must be considered in the floor and partition layout.
Confirm privacy requirements
Changing-room layouts can include individual cubicles, grouped spaces or a combination. Door direction, panel height, floor gap and sightlines should match the application and approved design.
Select materials by condition
The selected panel grade must suit the intended exposure and maintenance routine. Compact HPL and BWP-FR High-Density Board must be specified by their exact approved grade; general material names are not a substitute for product documentation.
Coordinate ventilation and drainage
Partitions should not obstruct required airflow, drainage access or service inspection. Floor falls and drainage must be resolved by the relevant project team before final cubicle dimensions and fixing are approved.
Plan lockers and benches
Select locker modules according to clothing and personal-item storage needs. Confirm aisle width, bench position, door opening and accessible reach. Keep wet footwear and shower circulation in mind when positioning the locker bank.
Custom configuration
Shower and changing-room cubicles can be customised in dimensions, layout, privacy and compatible system configuration, subject to site conditions and approved specification. CTA: Send the room plan, wet-zone arrangement and required quantities for a shower and changing-room review.
