HPL Locker Modules: Tier 1 to Tier 5 and Z-Type

Locker tiers describe the number of individual doors or compartments arranged in one vertical column. They help project teams compare storage capacity and user access without treating every locker bank as the same product.

Overview

Locker tiers describe the number of individual doors or compartments arranged in one vertical column. They help project teams compare storage capacity and user access without treating every locker bank as the same product.

Tier 1 — 1-door module

Tier 1 provides one full-height locker in each column. It suits applications that need maximum vertical storage, subject to the approved internal arrangement. Ask for dimensions and internal configuration against the project locker schedule.

Tier 2 — 2-door module

Tier 2 divides a column into two lockers. It balances compartment count with useful vertical storage and can suit workplaces, staff changing areas and other shared facilities.

Tier 3 — 3-door module

Tier 3 provides three compartments per column. It is useful when more users require personal storage and the stored items do not need full-height space.

Tier 4 — 4-door module

Tier 4 increases storage density with four doors per column. Access height and intended contents should be reviewed before confirming the bank layout.

Tier 5 — 5-door module

Tier 5 provides compact personal-item storage with five doors per column. It should be selected where smaller compartments match the actual user need.

Z-Type — interlocking module

The Z-Type uses interlocking door and compartment shapes to create a different balance of hanging length and compact storage. It is not simply a decorative door pattern. Final internal arrangement must follow the approved Z-Type detail.

Custom configurations

Tier 6 and the currently illustrated Z-Type Tier 2 arrangement are treated as custom configurations until complete approved product information is available. The supplied configuration illustration must remain unchanged when displayed.

What to confirm for every locker bank

module type and door count number of columns and total compartments intended users and stored items room dimensions and circulation locking requirement internal shelf or hanging requirement base condition, without assuming separate legs panel and accessory schedule numbering or identification requirement Custom-built dimensions should be confirmed from site dimensions and client requirements. Do not publish one universal size for every locker. CTA: Share the required number of users, room dimensions and preferred module to receive a project-specific locker proposal.
