Overview
Hardware and profiles define how a toilet cubicle opens, closes, aligns and connects to the building. They also shape its visual character. Each CubiclePro product therefore carries its own approved combination; a material or grade from one system must not be silently applied to another.
Profile components
Common profile components include wall channels, F-channels, door-stopper channels and top rails. Their role can include receiving panels, finishing exposed edges, controlling the door stop and tying the elevation together. The exact component set depends on the chosen system. CubiclePro profile families include black powder-coated aluminium, anodised aluminium and stainless-steel options. Shoe-box, floating and ceiling-hung systems add their own support components.
Door hardware
A coordinated door normally requires a lockset with occupancy indicator, a separate door knob, hinges and the specified support or leg arrangement. The occupancy indicator communicates status; the knob gives the user a clear external grip. Both should appear where the approved system requires them. Hinges and coat hooks belong on the inside and should not be incorrectly shown on the public face of the door. A coat hook must never be represented as an outside fitting.
Nylon hardware
Nylon hardware is part of the Titan Black configuration and the approved Pro Doors specification. It provides a distinct black component language. Use it only where the relevant product record specifies it.
Stainless-steel hardware
SS 316 hardware is used across several CubiclePro systems, including Nova, Supernova, Supernova+, Base Box, Base Box Pro, Float and Sky Hung. Profile or support grade may still differ between those products, so “stainless hardware” is not a complete system description.
